What can I expect to do in this role?

As a Regional Service Coordinator, you will:
• coordinate and provide leadership in tracking regional services delivery targets of day to day operations, organize workflow, assess priorities and implement processes to meet service delivery needs
• lead regional administrative support staff, provide administrative and clerical services, and be responsible for financial management and budget preparation
• prepare and coordinate correspondence, maintain databases and filing systems and coordinate regional meetings

How do I qualify?

Mandatory

• You are proficient in English and verbal French at the advanced level

Computer Skills:

• you have demonstrated proficiency with computer software such as word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, database and other programs to design, produce and maintain a variety of databases, reports, graphs and charts.

Administration Skills:

• you have proven administrative skills
• you have the ability to apply office management principles in order to coordinate the activities of the branch
• you have thorough knowledge of administrative policies, procedures, best practices and Human Resources practices
• you have well developed organizational, coordination and prioritizing skills to work in a fast paced environment with conflicting deadlines

Budget and Forecasting Skills:

• you have knowledge of budgeting process and accounting practices to develop and monitor budgets and forecasts
• you have demonstrated analytical and research skills to analyze previous year's budget, extrapolate trends, identifying issues, trends or problems and forecast
• you have the ability to prepare reports (e.g. budget reports by creating formulas for forecasting as well as developing charts and graphs), ad hoc requests for information, and to coordinate responses to inquiries

Communication Skills:

• you have established oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
• you have the ability to use judgement and discretion when responding to information requests
