Note: This posting will create an inventory of applicants to fill permanent full-time, permanent part-time, and temporary Clerk 9 and Clerk Stenographer 9 vacancies in Victoria and Metro Vancouver.  Metro Vancouver includes the following communities: Burnaby, Coquitlam, Delta, Gibsons, Langley, New Westminster, North Vancouver, Port Coquitlam, Richmond, Sechelt, Surrey, White Rock,  Vancouver and West Vancouver.

This inventory will be used to fill the following jobs.  Only members of the inventory will be provided access to postings for these jobs in the locations noted above.

Administrative:
includes positions defined as office clerical, secretarial, administration, financial, legal and comparable support services; and
Contact Centre & Customer Service:  includes positions defined as customer service and information collection and/or delivery to a diverse group of clients.

Qualifications:
In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience as outlined below:



Administrative:

 - Secondary school graduation or equivalent.

 - One year of office experience. (Clerical, secretarial, receptionist or administrative support in an office environment)

 - Experience/training using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and other standard computer applications.



AND/OR



Contact Centre & Customer Service: 

 - Secondary school graduation or equivalent.

 - Six months experience in a high volume customer service delivery environment.

 - Experience/training using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and other standard computer applications.
