Program Assistant Clerk Stenographer 09R Salary $39,575.90 - $44,721.76 annually This posting is to establish an eligibility list for future permanent and/or temporary part time and full time vacancies. 3 positions available immediately: 1 full time in Nanaimo, 1 full time in Penticton, 1 part time in Cranbrook Bring your strong administrative experience and superior organizational skills to this challenging position The Program Assistant provides a variety of office administrative, secretarial and financial support services for the branch and coordinate the day to day priorities of the manager, including providing liaison with ministry executive offices. Highly organized, you capably prioritize and manage your workload to meet deadlines, using your outstanding eye for detail to ensure all work is carried out to a high standard. You are an effective communicator, able to successfully establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, and demonstrate initiative and good judgment in applying procedures within established policies and guidelines.
