• Assist the manager in the preparation, management and administration of the Regional budget.
• Maintain, update and track office expenditures, reconcile expenses and identify budget and financial issues and discrepancies, recommending options and corrective action.
• Prepare and draft correspondence, reports, minutes and presentations.
• Organize and maintain electronic and manual records.
• Coordinate and maintain manager's appointment calendar, boardroom bookings, travel arrangements, meetings and conferences.
• Review, track, and direct incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Answer and direct telephone inquiries.
• Perform other associated administrative duties such as attendance tracking, purchasing office supplies, maintaining office equipment.
• Demonstrated knowledge in administrative/office procedures and practices for preparing forms, responding to routine correspondence, attendance tracking, purchasing office supplies, and maintaining office equipment.
• Proficient with computers and computer software such as word-processing, spreadsheets, presentation, databases, and email as well as financial information system.
What can I expect to do in this role?

How do I qualify?
Mandatory
• Proficiency in English and oral French at the advanced level.Administrative and financial support:
• Accounting skills and knowledge of financial management principles and practices in budgeting and financial analysis to monitor, track, and reconcile budget, compile reports and process expenses and invoices.• Demonstrated knowledge in administrative/office procedures and practices for preparing forms, responding to routine correspondence, attendance tracking, purchasing office supplies, and maintaining office equipment.
Communication and people skills:
• Interpersonal, communication and customer service skills to deal courteously and tactfully with public and team members and to prepare correspondence and other materials.Organizational and coordinating skills:
• Well-developed organizational skills to set and manage priorities and organize own work and to make meeting arrangements and keep track of manager's schedule.• Proficient with computers and computer software such as word-processing, spreadsheets, presentation, databases, and email as well as financial information system.
Analytical and problem-solving skills:
• Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies related to invoices, expense reports, and attendance reports.Additional Information:
