Duties
Plans, adapts, develops and delivers engaging and exciting interpretive presentations, programs and activities to provide visitors opportunities to discover, learn, and enjoy the site. Participates in staff recruitment; schedules and supervises the work of heritage presenters, students, and volunteers; trains and orients new and existing staff, as well as the student heritage presenters on a seasonal basis. Play a crucial role on the team that manages an exciting and dynamic visitor programme.Work environment
