The immediate intent of this process is staff a permanent position in Sudbury. Experience in providing administrative support in a senior management office setting, including correspondence, reports and follow-up processes.

Experience in scheduling or organizing meetings, or assembling background material.
Experience creating and working with spreadsheets and databases, E-mail and electronic agenda, such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
