Duties

The incumbent serves as a Management and Program Analyst in the Technical and Administrative Support Section of the Los Angeles ACO Branch. The incumbent will support, maintain, and monitor office performance via data collection, analysis, and visualization. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting data management and translating business needs / processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness into operation. The incumbent will independently apply broad technical, organizational, data management/analysis and team leadership skills to produce and deliver data products to office management to support data-driven decision-making. The incumbent will work to develop, improve, and support the management of local automation processes and, to include (but not limited to) Relational Data Base Management Systems and other information management systems. The incumbent will maintain and improve tools, systems and applications that provide the ability to forecast and strategize office activities via risk-based prioritization techniques.
The Management and Program Analyst will work closely with the Technical and Administrative Support Section manager to implement an internal office data management program that will inform the Los Angeles ACO Branch manager in order to make decisions supported by accurate, clear, and actionable data. The Management and Program Analyst will also support the development and maintenance of Microsoft SharePoint sites. The incumbent will also serve as the Quality Representative for the office's Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001.
The incumbent will also perform other duties as assigned.

• US Citizenship is required.
• Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.

Qualifications

To qualify at the FV-H level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-G, FG/GS-10/11 in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience includes: working experience with Relational Data Base Systems, which may include, but is not limited to, Microsoft Access. Preferred candidates will have educational or work experience in basic programming languages to include, but not limited to Standard Query Language (SQL), Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), Python, R, C++ and/or Ruby.
