The selectee for this position will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST (CORRESPONDENCE) in the TRICARE Regional Office - West, Program Operations Office, of the DEFENSE HEALTH AGENCY.

Duties

The successful selectee will perform the following duties:

• Coordinating the analysis, research, and resolution of TRICARE inquiries.
• Addressing and/or resolving issues and concerns dealing with healthcare benefits.
• Recommending and implementing changes to healthcare policies and programs using information derived from analysis of problems/issues.
• Serving as a technical editor and writer of high priority correspondence including finalizing the government's response from organizational, Congressional, and beneficiary inquiries.

3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree

LL.M. degree related to the position being filled
