About the Agency

The Landing Zone, also known as The LZ, is located inside The Landing at Fort Rucker. The LZ offers a casual dining experience and features a full-service bar, daily specials, live entertainment and flat screen TVs. The LZ is open to the public. We have it all - so come enjoy good times with great friends!

Duties

• Performs "Hands-on" supervision of the restaurant.
• This includes but is not limited to occasional temporary non-scheduled assistance with serving, hosting, cooking and other duties.
• Monitors operations to ensure smooth running of the business operation during peak business hours to set the pace in Front and Back of the House.
• Ensures staff is following established recipes and procedures.
• Helps control the guest flow and monitors ticket times.
• Ensures consistency in food and service to increase sales by performing table visits.
• Maintains order and harmony.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
At least one year of experience effectively working in a fast paced, stressful environment at a large Name Brand Casual Dining restaurant establishment. Must possess good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.

Best Qualified Criteria
Possess experience working in a lead or supervisory position at a national franchise restaurant.

Conditions of Employment:
