About the Position: This position may be filled in Los Angeles, CA (salary range $37,009 to $59,600) or Phoenix, AZ (salary range $33,846 to $49,050). Duties
In a developmental capacity, the incumbent plans, develops, coordinates and implements processes and procedures related to schedule, budget, cost data, data integrity, using the network analysis systems (NAS), website based training, and document management systems for managed projects. Assignments are designed to expand and foster the incumbent's knowledge, skill and experience leading to more complex work commensurate with the next higher grade level.

Qualifications
In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of specialized experience for the GS-07 level and three years of General experience for the GS-05 level which prepared you to do the work in this job.
General Experience to qualify at the GS-05 level (one of those years must be equivalent to the GS-04 grade level in the Federal Service) is defined as: experience that demonstrates the ability to analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; plan and organize work; and communicate effectively orally and in writing.
Specialized experience to qualify at the GS-07 level is defined as: working with financial management and scheduling systems; familiar with the primary stages of a project; familiar with different types funding
