About the Position:The Realty Clerk (OA) position is located at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Norfolk District, Projects & Programs Division, Real Estate Office, Norfolk, Virginia. Norfolk is a moderate cost of living area close to Virginia Beach and Chesapeake. It is in the Southeastern region of the United States and enjoys mild winter weather. It is part of Tidewater, Virginia and is close to the Atlantic Ocean, the Chesapeake Bay and several rivers and major waterways. The modern Norfolk District Headquarters building is located on the Elizabeth River in downtown Norfolk.

Duties
- Provides administrative and clerical support to the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Real Estate Project Delivery Team (PDT) for the Army's privatization programs in the Real Estate Office.
- Assists privatization team members in collecting relevant documentation in response to requests for information such as Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)/Congressional inquiries.
- Files official documents, correspondence, records, directives and reports in the Real Estate document repository.
- Utilizes accounting and administrative programs to produce travel orders, vouchers, personnel-related administrative actions and reports required for efficient functioning of the privatization team.
