The work schedule for this position is Mixed Tour. With a mixed tour work schedule an employee may be changed between full-time, part-time and intermittent work scheduled to accommodate fluctuating workloads and is subject to a signed agreement.

Duties
The individual selected for this position will:
- Prepare responses to routine and non technical requests for information; maintain reports on suspense dates for action items, correspondence and other documents requiring action; maintain and schedule appointments; prepare guidance for clerical support functions; receives calls, greet visitors, and direct to appropriate staff members; and arranges meetings, conferences, and travel for staff including transportation, hotel reservations and travel reimbursement.
- Store and retrieve electronic documents or files, insert and delete text into a spreadsheet or database and transmit and receive electronic documents or files; edit and reformat electronic drafts of reports and materials.
- Verify data received from reports such as purchases, training costs, etc.; finalizes correspondence and memorandum in proper format, review for correct spelling, grammar, capitalization and punctuation.
