This vacancy is for an Administrative Clerk/Technician (OA) position in the Atlanta Regional Office located in Atlanta, Georgia.

This position will be filled as a Temporary Appointment NTE January 31, 2018.

Relocation expenses will not be paid.

The work schedule for this position is Mixed Tour. With a mixed tour work schedule an employee may be changed between full-time, part-time and intermittent work scheduled to accommodate fluctuating workloads and is subject to a signed agreement.

Duties

The individual selected for this position will:
  • Compute, audit, and certify employees payroll (such as Time and Attendance) records. Research payroll records and make corrections to keying errors.
  • Prepare travel orders, collect receipts and contact travel agents to make changes. Review and audit travel vouchers.
  • Perform personnel activities such as initiating personnel actions, request certificates of eligibles from Office of Personnel Management, and conduct records and reference checks.
