On February 13, the 2020 first quarter edition of Your Top-Line for skilled nursing members was released. On the following day, February 14, the 2020 first quarter edition of Your AL Top-Line was released for assisted living members.

The more than 9,500 skilled nursing and assisted living members being recognized at AHCA/NCAL’s Quality Summit on March 10, 2020 can find a copy of their Quality Initiative Recognition Program certificate in their latest Top-Line. A printed copy of the certificate was mailed to each achiever in December 2019.

The complete list of achievers by tier can be found on the program’s skilled nursing and assisted living websites.

The 2020 Quality Initiative Recognition Program Recognizes Improving and Maintaining Quality

The recognition program uses a tiered system to recognize members based on the number of goals achieved. The more goals achieved, the higher the recognition tier.

The 2020 recognition achievers were announced in December 2019 using the latest data available in LTC Trend Tracker.
