The 2020 AHCA/NCAL Quality Initiative Recognition Program will honor member centers and communities that have achieved one or more of the AHCA/NCAL Quality Initiative goals. The recognition will take place at the AHCA/NCAL Quality Summit in Grapevine, Texas, March 9-11, 2020.The deadline to submit your Quality Initiative data in LTC Trend Tracker is November 21, 2019. Nursing centers must submit customer satisfaction data, and all other data is automatically uploaded. Assisted living members must submit data for all of the NCAL goals.
