AHCA/NCAL is launching a new workforce campaign to attract and retain talented caregivers by showcasing the numerous career opportunities available in long term care. The campaign, Why I Care, will broadcast the stories of individuals in the profession. This month, we created two new videos that highlight the careers of Lakesha Boston, a CNA who shares her passion for helping others, and Patricia Ebanks, a nurse who started out working in housekeeping, worked her way up, got her nursing degree, and isn’t done yet.

You can access the videos on our YouTube page here, and we encourage you to share these stories on your digital platforms using the hashtag #WhyICare.
