Please join the American Assisted Living Nurses Association (AALNA) and National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL) for the first webinar in our 2018 Caring Together series. Our presenter, Dr. Abimbola Ogundimu, Dr.PH., RN, CIC is a certified Infection Preventionist with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The webinar, Strategies for Preventing and Managing Multidrug-Resistant Organisms (MDROs) and C. difficile in Long-Term Care is for assisted living nurses but everyone interested in infection control is welcome to join. An overview of MDROs and C. difficile will be covered including the emergence and spread of both in health care settings. Dr. Ogundimu will outline actions that caregivers should take to minimize the spread of MDROs and C. difficile. The Webinar will be held on Tuesday, April 24th at 3:00pm – 4:00pm Eastern.
