Intent of the process

This inventory may be used to fill vacancies across Canada at the CR-04 level, with specific and immediate needs in Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal and Winnipeg. Pools of fully-, partially-, and essentially-assessed candidates with security clearance will be created; however, this does not guarantee that all qualified candidates will be hired.

Depending on the level of urgency, applicants to this process may be offered casual contracts before being assessed against the essential and/or asset qualifications to expedite the hiring process. Selection for appointments may be based on essential qualifications, asset qualifications and/or the availability of candidates.

NOTE: This inventory and the associated pools may also be used to staff positions within the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB).

ED1. A Secondary School Diploma OR the employer-approved alternative*.

Experience: two years of experience working in a field relevant to the position(s).

EX1. Experience providing administrative support services such as data entry, filing, sending and/or receiving correspondence, photocopying or preparing documents.
