Come ad join our dynamic team of I&IT professionals where you will provide project leadership, and advanced testing and quality assurance (QA) advice, performance verification and certification supporting the Justice Sector and its clients.
•Contribute advanced testing/QA advice and expertise (eg. providing technical input to I&IT committees, management planning, evaluation and budgeting).
•Provide ongoing client service and co-ordination regarding testing/QA.
•Participate in/helping clients/users manage change resulting from testing/QA decisions, (eg: explaining, leading, and/or developing and delivering technical education programs for clients and work teams).
•Perform related administrative activities, (eg: participating in selecting and negotiating with vendors to develop contracts and SLAs; managing assigned vendors' performance, alerting management to defaults, providing work status reports; monitor costs, etc).
•Perform other duties as assigned.
•Experience in test management (Test Plan, Test Scenarios, Test Cases & Test Execution) defect management(Defect Life Cycle & Triage) & Test Execution Reporting
• Knowledge of software design and development methods, general technical and functional use of application being tested
• Understanding the use of the application being tested, as well as the test tools
• Demonstrated experience testing and implementing web and portal based applications systems
•Ability to acquire and apply sound knowledge of clients QA needs and business environment, to define scope of work
• You have understanding of technology platforms: operating systems, database technologies, application development languages, client desktops, mobile, middleware, Web Services, Service Oriented Architecture
• You possess conceptual skills to see the big picture and assist in integrating QA/testing processes and standards
• You have ability to review and analyze client business requirements and other relevant documents for system changes and updates
•You can collaborate with teams in order to identify and address testing/QA problems
• You can develop and encourage team work, good morale and high performance
• You can write, explain and present test related findings in a clear, well defined and unambiguous manner
• You can establish effective working relationships and provide instruction for less experienced team members

Analytical, Problem Solving & Collaboration Skills
• You have reasoning, planning, analyzing and assessing skills for using testing processes to meet defined QA standards• You possess conceptual skills to see the big picture and assist in integrating QA/testing processes and standards
• You have ability to review and analyze client business requirements and other relevant documents for system changes and updates
•You can collaborate with teams in order to identify and address testing/QA problems
• You can develop and encourage team work, good morale and high performance
Communication (oral and written) Skills
