This process will initially be used to staff one position on an indeterminate basis. A qualified pool of candidates will be established and used to staff these positions and similar positions with various tenures (i.e. indeterminate, term, deployment, acting, assignment and secondment).Positions to be filled: 1

Experience in the provision of administrative support services including three of the following: data entry, preparing correspondence, ordering office supplies, filing, or processing mail.
Experience in using computer applications including two of the following: databases, email, spreadsheets or word processing.
Experience in receiving and recording enquiries or requests for assistance.
