Duties

Urban Outreach Mobile Kiosk Team - Under the supervision of Parks Canada's Public Outreach and Education Officer. Operate and travel with the Urban Outreach Mobile Kiosk. The Urban Outreach Mobile Kiosk serves as a dynamic Parks Canada location outside of a Parks Canada's designated sites.

Work environment

Parks Canada is a federal government agency responsible for the protection and presentation of Canada’s outstanding natural and cultural resources through a system of national parks, national marine conservation areas and national historic sites in all regions of Canada.

Intent of the process

The intent of this process is to hire students for Summer 2018 in Moncton (New Brunswick). The exact number of opportunities available is to be determined.

To be eligible, you must be:
-a full-time secondary or post-secondary student in an accredited institution
-currently recognized as having full-time student status by the academic institution in which you are presently enrolled
-returning to full-time studies in the next academic term.
Degree equivalency

Experience working with the public;
Experience working in a team environment;
Experience in and knowledge of basic marketing, promotion, communication and/or social media principles;
