New Emergency Preparedness Rules Take Effect in Two Weeks! Are you Ready?

Nursing facilities (SNFs/NFs) and Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/IID) face new sweeping regulations affecting their emergency preparedness planning beginning on November 15.   These requirements include:
