  This is a full-time position with the Marshal's Office of the Supreme Court of the United States in Washington, D.C.

  Responsibilities

  The Telephone Operator will perform telephone operator duties at the main switchboard for the Supreme Court of the United States. The incumbent must interact professionally with the public, Court employees, high-ranking officials, and dignitaries. Must be able to work an afternoon shift of 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM (primary) as well as a day shift of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The incumbent is required to work during inclement weather or emergency conditions when the Court is open. Performs other Court duties as required.
