Duties

1. Participating in Daily Functions of Fort Bliss Sports/Fitness/Aquatics Department
2. Completing payroll for the Sports/Fitness/Aquatics Department. Handling Petty Cash
3. Performs Office duties related to office automation, has skills in general office machines, software and internet/intranet. Tracking and updating employees training in the Sharepoint database
4. Maintains office supplies and orders as needed
5. Assisting with all race events

Job Requirements

Key Requirements

Qualifications

1. Basic computer and math skills, and clerical and administrative work experience which indicates the ability to perform the duties as described above.

Conditions of Employment:
