The Army Recreation Machine Program (ARMP) operates under the Installation Management Command (IMCOM) G-9, U.S. Army in support of military personnel and civilians, as well as family members and authorized guests. Better known as ARMP, our organization is dedicated to providing support to America's service personnel throughout the world. With sites in nine (9) countries, we serve MWR Worldwide.

Duties

Responsible for management of worldwide property system to account for and track inventory of 2,500 gaming machines by asset number, type, denomination of play, location, and track upgrades, conversions and machine rotations. Performs technical evaluation and establishes requirements for automated accountability of the property management functions. Manages and implements security and control measures for sensitive security items used in ARMP gaming and coin-operated operations such as locks, keys, networked or automated access systems, smart cards and secure access modules. Manages system to personalize smart cards with security keys and saves and tracks smart cards by unique identification number for each Field Office. Schedules and monitors the execution of inventories for each field office/department in accordance with Army regulation regarding property and ARMP SOP with regard to management of security related systems and devices. Responsible for extensive coordination with Field Offices, Finance and Accounting, and Control and Analysis to ensure all assets are properly accounted for. Prepares special reports for the General Manager and Chief, Operations.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. All qualification requirements must include experience performing duties equivalent in scope and complexity to the next lower grade level.
Must have at least two years of specialized experience equivalent to duties listed above.
Knowledge of basic office equipment, personal computers, spreadsheets and data entry.
Prior experience utilizing accounting and automated property systems such as ARMAS/iSeries.
Education is not required for this position and will not be utilized in determining minimum qualifications.
