The mission is to create and maintain "FIRST CHOICE" MWR products and serves for America's Army, essential to a ready, self-reliant force.

Duties

Performs a variety of administrative and technical duties in set-up support of hotel banquets and functions. Prepares a variety of reports for briefings or documentation. Orders equipment and supplies. Assigns work to subordinate staff to ensure all set-up, sound and lighting requirements for banquet functions, special events, and shows are completed as required within budget parameters. Ensure that all equipment such as tables, chairs, stages, theatrical lighting and sound equipment are in safe and good working condition.

Qualifications

Progressively responsible experience in banquet set-up functions. Supervisory experience is required. Managerial experience is preferred. Must be well-organized with an attentive to detail. Must be able to communicate clearly both orally and in writing. Must have knowledge of theatrical lighting and sound equipment.
