Duties
The duties described reflect the full performance level of this position.
Ensures efficient training management through training and learning management system support.
As LMS Content Development (Content Owner), performs Content Owner functions by applying HTML, and learning management system knowledge to archive, migrate, and update courseware, resources, and assessments in the LMS system.
Initiates auditor new hire Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) status in TRAINext, tracks auditor progress and updates DAWIA levels as milestones are met.
Prepares correspondence, maintains department calendar, and updates rosters, reports and spreadsheets.

Qualifications
One year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the next lower grade (GS-04 )within the federal service, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position, is required. Specialized experience at the GS-05 Level is defined as training-related administrative and technical support function position.
One year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the next lower grade (GS-05) within the federal service, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position, is required. Specialized experience at the GS-06 level is defined as experience which includes one or more of the following areas; maintaining training data or producing course materials.
One year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the next lower grade (GS-06) within the federal service, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position, is required Specialized experience at the GS-07 level is defined as training-related administrative and technical support function position. Experience would include one or more of the following areas: training support programs, training activity databases or training-related administrative and technical support functions. Volunteer Experience: Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE at the GS-05 level: Four years of successfully completed education above the high school level in any field for which high school graduation, or the equivalent, is a prerequisite may be substituted to meet the specialized experience requirement. Equivalent combinations of successfully completed education and experience may be used to meet total experience requirements. SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE at the GS-06 level: Six (6) months of graduate education may be substituted to meet the specialized experience requirement when education is directly related to the position being filled. Equivalent combinations of successfully completed education and experience may be used to meet total experience requirements. SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE at the GS-07 level: One (1) year of graduate education may be substituted to meet the specialized experience requirement when education is directly related to the position being filled. Equivalent combinations of successfully completed education and experience may be used to meet total experience requirements. Background Investigation: All selectees will be subject to a personnel security investigation which must be favorably adjudicated for occupancy of a sensitive position and/or access to classified information. If you are selected for a Field Detachment (critical/special sensitive) position: (a) you must meet security criteria for access to top secret special access programs and sensitive compartment information; (b) your immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, foster parents, cohabitant, children, relative(s) residing with the subject, steps, half's, and adopted) must be U. S. Citizens; and (c) you will be subject to a counterintelligence polygraph. Drug Testing: If you are given access to classified information, you will be subject to random drug testing. If you are selected for a Field Detachment (critical/special sensitive) position, you must pass a drug test before your assignment to such a position and you will be subject to random drug testing subsequent to your assignment. Employment Eligibility Verification (E-Verify) Program: DCAA uses E-Verify to determine eligibility for employment as a U.S. Citizen.
