About the Position:
This position is located at Tripler Army Medical Center, which is on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii. Oahu is the third largest island in the Hawaiian chain. It is home to about three-fourths of the state's population. Honolulu is the state capitol and the 11th largest U.S. Metropolitan city. Waikiki, the most world-renowned site in Oahu, and is the top visitor destination of the state. The island is very geographically diverse with mountains, rainforests, volcanic craters, tropics, beaches and much more.
A cost of living allowance (COLA) of 11.32% is currently authorized; subject to change.
**Salary includes 17.92% locality pay**

Duties
Records, updates and generates reports dealing with various directorate programs.
Assists in the formulation of the clinic annual budget and with various clinic managers, on budgetary functions dealing with fiscal commitment, obligation and disbursement transactions for all directorate accounts.
Projects organization requirements for office supplies, computes cost, and other in-house budget data.
Maintains clinic civilian personnel records and security files.
Receive, pick up and deliver mail, parcel packages, documents and administrative materials and supplies.

Qualifications
In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Experience required: To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as: experience in establishing and maintaining office files and records; and using various medical information and general office automation systems to enter, update, retrieve and store medical data.
