The selectee for this position will serve as a Management Analyst in the Health Information Technology Directorate, Portfolio and Resource Management Division of the DEFENSE HEALTH AGENCY.

Duties

The successful selectee will perform the following duties:

• Providing project management support for a variety of projects that involve interagency collaboration efforts between the Defense Health Agency (DHA) and external organizations
• Establishing interagency agreement documents between DHA and external organizations
• Participating in working groups and project teams for coordinating staff efforts and achieving overall goals for assigned projects
• Developing project plans and required documentation
• Serving as primary point of contact for project level meetings

• Travel is dependent upon position description and availability of funding.

• Relocation expenses (i.e. PCS) or relocation incentives as described in 5 USC 5753 may be authorized in accordance with applicable travel regulations, command policy and available command funding.

Qualifications

In order to qualify for this position, your resume must provide sufficient experience and/or education, knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the specific position for which you are being considered. Required Specialized Experience
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector or have successfully completed a master's or equivalent graduate degree, 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree, or have an LL.B. or J.D., if related. Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills and abilities to do the work of the position. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing administrative procedures and resources to improve efficiency in tracking project management documentation (e.g. standard operating procedures, action plans, implementation plans, plans of action).
