Englebright Lake Salary: $39,500 to $51,354
Success Lake Salary: $36,611 to $47,598

Duties
Work is performed at one of the Park/Lake projects. Greets visitors, answers inquiries via the telephone, and responds to visitor's requests. Utilizes several software systems to process the work of the office and responsible for the general operation and maintenance of the office automation equipment. Assists park/lake staff inputting, storing and/or retrieving information. Maintains Park/Lake Project Office operating budget. Monitors expenditures, and tracks man-hours used against projections. Authorizes and pays bills for the office's operating expenses. Updates and maintains office files and record systems. Prepares travel orders for the staff. Reviews incoming correspondence. Is responsible for routine personnel actions, including reviewing personnel action requests. Uses automation equipment & software independently produces a wide variety of narrative and tabular material from rough or revised drafts.
