We have an opportunity you won't want to miss – we are hosting a Job Fair on 17 April 2017 from 9:00am – 3:00 pm at the U.S. Army Heritage and Education Center, Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania (Address: 950 Soldiers Drive, Carlisle, PA 17013).

You will need the following:

Position is located at Carlisle Barracks Letort View Community Club.

Duties

• Performs "Hands-on" supervision of the restaurant. This includes but is not limited to occasional temporary non-scheduled assistance with serving, hosting, cooking and other duties.
• Monitors operations to ensure smooth running of the business operation during peak business hours to set the pace in Front and Back of the House.
• Adherence to established schedules of activities and priorities; assures the presence of personnel to carry out the services offered; provides information concerning services, prices, dress codes, standards of behavior, and special events.
• Ensures staff is following established recipes and procedures.
• Helps control the guest flow and monitors ticket times.

Key Requirements

• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience effectively working in a fast paced, stressful environment at a large Name Brand Casual Dining restaurant establishment.
• Must possess good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.

Conditions of Employment
