Your Resident Profile is a summary of your resident population based on diagnoses and special care needs, and the data is provided for 2017 and 2018 so your trends can be compared across years. This information will help determine what resources and direct care staff are needed to take care of your residents in both day-to-day operations and emergencies.

We are providing this information to help you begin the resident profile portion of the annual Facility Assessment required under CMS’s Requirements of Participation (§483.70(e)).
